Check the thermostat control to minimum, if still making ice freeze then it is defective.
Check the defrost push the button if doesn't defrost it is defective.
Replace defective parts with the same ratings and size.
I hope I give you idea for your freezer problem.

I have a belling chest freezer BCF 20 ... It has an orange fast freeze switch is this switch left on all the time????

No. That is like running it on "high power" full time and could cause it to wear out and stop working much sooner than it's natural life expectancy. It also uses up more than twice the electricity on your electric bill, than it needs to work normally. That setting could also be used in something like a store, where people open it up every few minutes, to keep it cold when it's opened so often.

That switch should only be used for emergencies, like after a power outage, or to quickly freeze foods that were fully thawed and need to be frozen quickly.

Hoshizaki water dont stop runing

float switch is stuck in the "down" position. The unit goes thru a fill cycle and after 1 minute, the board "Looks" at the float swith to "see" if the sump is full. If float is stuck down, it tells the board that the unit does not have enough water and stays in the fill cycle. The compressor will not come on as long as the machine "thinks" there is not enough water. let me know if I can help further

Unit runing but not freezing and suction temp so high and no wire diagram on the freezer 1, is fan delay normally open or close

sorry no help can be provide since veteran appliance technicians such as myself has no idea what a fan delay is, since in my 30 yrs in the profession i have NEVER SEEN ONE .Now if your asking about the defrost thermostat that is located on the evap. coil is should be closed when the coil has frost on it and open when no frost is present(in a normally working freezer the coil will have frost on it except during the defrost mode ,where as the heater will be on to melt the frost) also firstly check the condenser fan motor since it should be running all the time that the compresser is on

Each time i open the fridge door and the the fridge mtr is runing, the buzzer sounds on and off and lights flash

The circulator fan shuts off when the door is open to help prevent the evaporator coil from frosting up and reducing efficiency from the inrush of warm humid air. This is normal on some models.

The ice machine it beeping 3 time. I reset the little white button on the pc broad. It run for a while and the beeping sound come back. I know if I hit on the F/S with my crew driver it turn to diffrent...

sounds like you may have more than one issue. Tapping the float switch indicates that it is sticking. This will keep the water coming in and the unit will not go into it's freeze mode. Go to the Hoshizaki web site for how to remove and clean. It's really not that hard. If you can't find it, I'll walk you thru.
With the machine turned off, is there still water running? IF so, the water valve is also stuck in the open position and letting water in. This could cause it to have long freeze cycles and possibly freeze up.
Start there and let me know if you need any more help.
