Hi,
Good day. If your looking for your looking for the pass phrase or network key for your router. You can try to do the following.
1. Check for a WEP key on the router itself. Usually it is on a sticker located under the router or at the back of it.
2. You can go to the router page using your internet explorer or mozilla
> just type in 192.168.1.1 on your browser
> it will ask for a username and password
> username: leave it blank
password: admin
> then go to wireless setting
> then it will show you your WEP or WPA or Wireless key
> Dont be confuse the wep or wpa or pass phrase are all the same
> then just type it on the space where its asking you to type in a pass phrase and that should work
3. If still you can locate it you can contact your internet service providers technical support department and they will be able to walk you through it
Hope this information will be helpful in resolving your concern. Have a great day and thanks for using fixya.
