Frigidaire Affinity ATF7000ES Front Load Washer we have an error code of dr what does this mean?

I understand your Frigidaire dryer, model# ATF7000ES, is not heating and showing an error code 56. The E56 code means there is high motor current, meaning it is possible something is going on with the motor. The other possibility is this is a false error code. if you have pressed any of the buttons during a wash cycle then you will be given an error message on the display to change the wash options once started you must 1st pause the wash before making any changes, this i think would be the main reason for such an error to appear however you can download your operaters manual at http://www.frigidaire.com/manuals
if you do not already have it & from there you may be able to have a read & work out why you received this message alternativly from the site you will get a link to a contact us section where you may be abal to ring the customer services & then have the assistant check the code for you..

means door is open. If door is infact closed, i would say you have a faulty door switch. Replace and test, part number is 131763202

Dr means door problem, either some clothes is keeping it from shutting or the door switch is bad

e 47 is a defective door lock asm pn 131763245 for about $67

I have a Fridgidaire Front Loader Washer _ Affinity that flashed the E10 error code. I also had the problem with the fabric softener dispenser not emptying, and staying full of water. The problem was the cold water filter on the back of the washing machine that was semi-plugged. Cleaned the filter and now works perfectly. My machine is no longer flashing the Error code 10. The dispenser works perfectly.

dr code means door not closed
get some crc spray and spray into lock on machine
that will lube the workings and should fix problem

It means the door isn't shut all of the way.
