Sanyo DS20425 wont turn on - Televison & Video

The Sanyo part number is: 6450656934
It used to cost about $25, but is no longer available from the distributor I use. Hopefully the part number will help. Realize that most universal remotes should work just fine. Just be sure to get one that has a menu button.

If you don't have the code, you could do a code search and when you hit the code search button on the remote, continually hit the power button until your tv turns off. Then save it, but it may take awhile. You may have to hit the power off a 100 times or more if you don't have the code.

On most , it is caused by Vertical IC and sorrounding components

Look and check for cold solder joints for IC501
