Our sony td-98 is not chargeing because i did not use it for along time

Usually the reason why computer is not charging is probabaly the transistors was freeze or i may say stuck and not usable the best advise is actually send it on a TV repair becasue they will probably replaced the transistors but before that do this ,, try to reseat the cable where power chord is plug in and the place where you plug the power chord clean it with a clean paper or a napkin make sure its dry make sure it s clean try to power it on .Try to use another power chord or other outlet thanks
.In case nothing happens that s the time you need to contaft the TV repair shop on your area .
