On that particular model you need to press the power button nine additional times waiting for the light to Blink 9 times each and then after the 9th time the procedure is as follows... Press the button 4 times hold for seconds on the fifth button push then release for 4 seconds then press the button twice and it should blink 8 times repeat this procedure continuously until the button only lights up once. After the button lights only once then you are ready to place the item into a garbage bag and throw it into the dump

displaying a solid or blinking green, orange, blue or purple light. If
your battery indicator light is green, blue or purple, the battery is
probably functional, regardless of whether the light is blinking. If the
light is solid orange, the laptop is probably in the process of
charging.
Battery Error Coneventions
Many battery manufacturers use rapidly blinking lights to
indicate that a battery's charge level is low. In general, a laptop will
rapidly blink orange or red when its charge drops below a certain level
until the computer is plugged into a power outlet and charged. If your
laptop's battery indicator continues to blink rapidly in orange or red
or if it remains red even when it is plugged into the charger, it
indicates a problem with your battery or the charger.
Count the blinks and the pattern of the blinks. Blinks and Beeps tells the technician what is going on with the laptop.
Maybe you have a Static Charge Buildup. Remove thePower Cord, Remove the Battery, then Press and Hold thepower button for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds plug the power cord back in(leave the battery out) and hit the power button to see if it boots. Ifit does, you can put the battery back in and let it charge.Remove the Power Cord, Open the Case and remove one of thememory chips. Set the chip aside then try rebooting the computer. If it boots, then you know the memory chip you set aside is bad so mark an x onit with an ink pen. If it fails to boot then move the chip to the nextmemory slot and try rebooting. If it fails take the chip out and set itaside, then put the other chip in and try booting it in both slots. If itboots, just to verify that the chip set aside is bad, mark an x on it and putit into the open memory chip slot and try booting.

I found this on another website, most likely it is your power supply capacitors.
Press the "reset" button and hold for 10 seconds .... Does TV turn on and blinking green light turn to solid green.
Unplug the TV from it's power source for various times, ranging between 5 minutes and 24 hours..... Does blinking green light continue upon plugging in the TV.
Disconnect ALL devices from the TV; DVD, Tuner, Cable Box, unplug the TV for various duration times .... Does blinking green light continues upon plugging in the TV.
Press Power and Menu buttons simultaneously and hold depressed for 20 seconds .... Does blinking green light continue to flash.
Press Power and Display buttons simultaneously and hold depressed for 20 seconds .... Does blinking green light continue to flash.
Insure that no front panel buttons are inadvertently stuck in an "engaged" position.
Diagnosis: If none of the above test resolve the issue, then the failure lies in one of the following:
First plug the charge adapter into an outlet, then plug into the unit. Push the power button to turn the unit on. Now, push the button for the light. The light should come on. At this point you hit the charge button and the green light should start blinking and there will no beeping. Then turn off the light. The green light should continue to blink and the unit will charge. This worked for me, hope it helps!
You have to reset the drum count on the printer after you replace the drum. Call dell tech support they will not charge you for help resetting the drum even if you are not in warrenty.
