1. make sure the in coming watter is hot. solet the faucet run until this is so.
2.add or completely fill rinse aid .open and close door 3times then fill somemore that will take the air out of dispenser andallow you to completely fill dispenser.
4. add correct dishwashing soap

it is the "FAN" inside the door, i had that problem too. if it leaks after you open it when it stops and the door is on the ground. You can open up the front and clean the black small tube witch comes from the fan on the left upper side (if you're in front of the machine) and down to the magnet opened valve. On my Machine i replaced the tube with a new one as you don't get everything out. Meins321
