Try changing your DNS settings on the PS3 or on the router
Changing the DNS on your router: Go to 192.168.1.1 Default password is: admin Static DNS1: 208.67.222.222 Static DNS2: 208.67.220.220
Those DNS setting are from OpenDNS
After doing this, reconnect your PS3 to the router and set it to Automatically adjust the settings. Once you have reconnected, check if you are still having the DNS problem.
If you are still experiencing the problem, try changing the DNS directly from the PS3 Go to Internet Connection Settings and set everything to Auto except DNS When asked if you should set the DNS automatically, choose "Manual" Input the same DNS settings: Static DNS1: 208.67.222.222 Static DNS2: 208.67.220.220
