That user's guide is all Panasonic has available for that phone. There is no other owner's manual. Are you looking for the manual for the whole system? You can try Panasonic's support site at www.panasonic.com to see if you can get the manual there. You'll need to look for the system model number which you will find on the front of the system service unit.
This is where I found mine at: www.ilohelp.com click on the link "downloads" on the left side, then the second drop menu says "model" choose the 'dvdr04' option. This will take you to the page with the mauals in .pdf format, and all the firmware updates.
