Hello this relates to heater or pcb fault with the power off check heater wire at the back of the washer and the circuit boards for good connections or burnt parts hope it helps

shakes and stalls indicates an engine problem-take it to autozone advanced auto or pepboys and have them check your onboard cpu for fault codes-cheers Denny
try deleting and then reinstalling the NBA Live 08 application to the computer and if that won't work. I recommend clicking on start,all programs,accessories, system tools, and then system restore. This will restore your appliction to working condition without erasing all the info and files off your computer. Just make sure you run a system restore to the latest restore point or day you knew NBA Live 08 was working and it should be just fine.
F08 means that the heater relay cannot be activated.
Suggest you check heater, and or thermistor (thermostat) for a fault, replace as req'd.

the machine is sensing a flood you need to get it dryed out remove the front panel and dry out the bottom plate then press pause/cancel twice to clear Fault
