if your phone says "insufficient memory" then your memory card and internal memory is probably full meaning u have to many pictures or videos or something that is eating up the storage that u have on the device. apps can really use up memory. so try uninstalling some apps and that sould clear it up. but if u want to keep the stuff just save to phone and buy a biger memory card. hope this helps
