Hi I have JF V30/8GB Transcend And my Computer suddenly doesn't recognize it. I tried it on another computer but still it doesn't work. what should I do? is there any way I could get the information back? I tried to format it but my computer doesn't recognize it. I also tried recovery programs but they didn't recognize it either. I thank you for your help.

There is a possibility that the flash drive might have failed. Try using the Flash drive on a different computer and if the same works then you may have to download drivers as suggested by Steve Butterworth.

The memory chip inside your transcend has died. This is unfixable , the memory stick is dead, junk it and get a new one.

To restore the flash driveyou need to format the flash drive, but you will lose the data stored on theflash drive.

control panel admistrive tools,computer management,device manager scroll down universal serial bus controllers or network adapters you should see a yellow question mark? right click to reinstall drivers

Have you tried to manually install the device? Do you see any changes on the screen when you insert the USB device? Do you see any lights on the Flash Device when it is inserted into the computer?

try on another usb port. this helps some times. U can check ur pen drive on another system. If it is not working there tehn get the pen drive replaced. If the pen drive is ok, reinstall ur o/s

the transcend you bougth is bad,you need to change it from where it was purchaced

I formats the pen drive but due to the electricity cut off, format doesn't complete and pen drive doesn't recognize in computer
