Keep getting error message :rear access cover not attached. Attach cover." I have disconnected all wires,l turned off puter. Reapplied access cover several times and hear it snap shut. Know it's in place. Even uninstalled and reinstalled printed a couple times.

For the four cylinder engine:

1. Remove and label all electrical wiring, connectors and vacuum hoses necessary to gain removal clearance.
2. Remove the spark plug wires. Disconnect the PCV hose.
3. Remove the four nuts and grommets located on top of the cylinder head cover.

1. Remove the cylinder head cover and the cover gasket from the cylinder head.
2. Discard the gasket and replace with a new one.

To install:

1. With a wire brush or gasket scraper, remove all the old gasket material from the cylinder head and the cylinder head cover gasket surfaces.
2. When the cylinder head surfaces are free and clean, apply beads of sealant to the cylinder head in the locations shown in the accompanying illustrations.
3. Install the new cylinder head gasket in the cover. Make sure that the gasket seats evenly.
4. Place the cylinder head cover with the gasket onto the cylinder head.
5. Install the four grommets and nuts. Uniformly tighten the nuts in several passes to 17 ft. lbs. (23 Nm).
6. Connect the PCV hose. Connect all removed vacuum hoses, connectors and electrical wiring. Connect the negative battery cable.
7. Start the engine and inspect for oil leaks.
8. Repair any leaks as necessary.

For the V-6 (3.0L) engine:

1. Drain and recycle the engine coolant.
2. Disconnect the radiator inlet hose.
3. Disconnect the throttle and accelerator cables.
4. Remove the air cleaner cap assembly.
5. Remove the V-bank cover. Use a hexagon wrench to loosen the nuts.
6. Label and remove all emission control valve hoses. Disconnect any wiring interfering with the valve cover removal.
7. Remove the air intake chamber. This will gain you access to the back valve cover.
8. Disconnect the engine wire from the left hand side, No. 3 timing belt cover, rear side and right hand side. Most of the wiring is secured by nuts and or bolts to the body of the vehicle.
9. Remove the ignition coils, make sure the place them in order on a table so not to mix them up.
10. Remove the 8 bolts retaining the valve covers and gasket.
11. Clean the mating area of the valve cover and cylinder heads well. If necessary, scrape any left gasket from either surface.
12. Apply seal packing to the cylinder heads and place new gaskets into position.
13. Attach the valve covers. Uniformly tighten the bolts in several passes to 69 inch lbs. (8 Nm).
14. Install the spark plugs in their proper locations, then place the ignition coils into place and secure.
15. Attach all engine wiring be sure to secure each harness properly.
16. Install the air intake chamber. Refer to Fuel System .
17. Attach all emission hoses and wiring.
18. Attach the V-bank cover.

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

323, Protege, 520-22 626 and MX-6 and 522-24 MX-3 Models
See Figures 1 and 2

1. Relieve the fuel pressure and disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. If not already removed, depress the clips on each end of the rear seat cushion and remove the cushion.

1. If not already done, detach the electrical connector from the fuel pump/sending unit.
2. Remove the attaching screws from the fuel pump/sending unit access cover and remove the cover.
3. Disconnect the fuel supply and return hoses from the fuel pump/sending unit.
4. Remove the attaching screws and the fuel pump/sending unit from the fuel tank.
5. Detach the sending unit electrical connector, remove the sending unit attaching nuts and remove the sending unit from the fuel pump assembly.

To install:

1. Attach the sending unit to the fuel pump assembly and install the nuts. attach the sending unit electrical connector.
2. Install the fuel pump/sending unit into the fuel tank with a new gasket and install the mounting screws.
3. Connect the fuel supply and return lines.
4. Install the access cover and the mounting screws.
5. Attach the sending unit electrical connector.
6. Position the rear seat cushion over the floor, making sure to align the retaining pins with the clips. Push down firmly until the two retaining pins are locked into the rear seat retaining clips.
7. Connect the negative battery cable, start the engine and check for proper system operation and for fuel leaks.

FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL
REMOVAL
Using a trim stick (available from parts stores), pry courtesy lamp from door trim.
Disconnect wire connector from courtesy lamp.
If equipped, remove screws attaching door assist handle to inner door panel.
If equipped, remove screw attaching door pull cup to inner door panel.
If equipped, remove screws attaching trim panel to door from below map pocket.
If equipped, remove window crank.
Using a trim stick, remove screw cover from switch panel.
Remove screws attaching switch panel to door trim.
Remove power accessary switch from door trim Front Door Switch Panel
Disconnect power switch from wire connector.
If equipped, using a small, flat bladed pry tool, remove memory seat/mirror switch and disconnect wire connector Memory Seat/Mirror Switch
If equipped, remove screw holding door trim to door panel from behind inside latch release handle.
Disengage clips attaching door trim to door frame around perimeter of panel Front Door Trim Panel
Lift trim panel upward to disengage flange from inner belt molding at top of door.
Tilt top of trim panel away from door to gain access to latch linkage.
Disengage clip attaching linkage rod to inside latch release handle Inside Door Handle Linkage
Separate linkage rod from latch handle.
Remove front door trim panel from vehicle.
INSTALLATION
Hold top of trim panel away from door to gain access to latch linkage.
Place linkage rod in position on latch handle.
Engage clip to hold linkage rod to inside latch release handle.
Place front door trim panel in position on door.
Install trim panel into inner belt molding at top of door.
Install clips to attach door trim to door frame around perimeter of panel.
If equipped, install screw to attach door trim to door panel behind inside latch release handle.
If equipped, connect power switch into wire connector.
Place power accessary switch in position on door trim.
Connect wire connector into memory seat/mirror switch and install switch into trim panel.
Install screws to attach accessary switch panel to door trim.
Install screw cover into switch panel.
If equipped, install window crank.
If equipped, install screws to attach trim panel to door inside map pocket.
If equipped, install screw to attach door pull cup to inner door panel.
If equipped, install screws to attach door assist handle to inner door panel.
Connect wire connector into courtesy lamp.
Install lamp in door trim.

Locate the two wires from the circuit breaker attach one wire (black if marked) to the negative post of the rear battery and attach the other wire (red if marked) to the positive post of the front battery. Locate the two wires coming from the power module plug with a red and black wire. Attach the red wire to the rear battery positive post and the black wire to the front battery negative post. attach the joystick to the nine pin plug at the rear of the chair and turn it on. You should have power at the joystick and the chair should work. Disconnect the joystick put the shroud cover back on grease the seat post and reattach the seat then plug in the joystick and charger plug at the rear of the chair. Charge the batteries before use and charge them overnite for the next 20 days. If you use the chair daily charge your batteries everynite while you sleep unplug in the morning. If you don't use the chair daily charge at least once per week or after you use the chair. Always put the chair up fully charged if you are going to be out of the chair for an extended time the disconnect the batteries at the large plug going to the power module Hope this helps you

2. Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.

3. Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn the printer on if necessary.

There can be a piece of paper left <broken> somewhere between the gears inside the printer.
Try to partial dismantle the printer <remove the covers> and look inside, maybe you will see that piece of paper.

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
Except 2.3L and 2.4L Engines

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
   
2. Raise and safely support the vehicle. Disconnect the electrical wiring from
   the starter, if accessible.
   
3. If necessary for access, unfasten the three dust cover bolts, then pull the
   dust cover back to get to the front starter bolt. Remove the front starter bolt.
   
   
4. Remove the rear support bracket.
   
5. Pull the rear dust cover back (if applicable) to gain access to the rear
   starter bolt and remove the rear bolt.
   
6. Note the number and location of any shims.
   
7. Push the dust cover back into place (if removed), then lower the starter
   (disconnect any wiring if previously inaccessible) from the vehicle.
   To install:
   
   
8. Position the starter in the vehicle, connect the wiring, then install the
   rear starter bolt.
   
9. Install the front starter bolt, then tighten both bolts to 32 ft. lbs. (43
   Nm)
   
10. If removed, install the dust cover and the rear support bracket.
    
11. Connect the electrical wiring to the starter, if not already attached.
    
12. Carefully lower the vehicle, then connect the negative battery cable.

2.3L Engine
1988-89 (VIN D)

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
   
2. Remove the air cleaner to throttle body duct.
   
3. Label and detach the TPS, IAC and MAP sensor connectors.
   
4. Remove vacuum harness assembly and the MAP sensor vacuum hose from intake
   manifold, then position aside.
   
5. Unfasten the cooling fan shroud attaching bolts, then remove the shroud
   (including the MAP sensor).
   
6. Remove the coolant fan-to-upper radiator support bolt, then unfasten the
   remaining upper radiator support bolt and the upper radiator support.
   
7. Detach the connector from the cooling fan.
   NOTE: Because of the low clearance, be very careful not to
   damage the TPS lock tang with the fan bracket.
   
   
8. Lift the fan assembly out of the two lower insulators. Rotate the bracket so
   the two lower bracket legs point upward. Move the fan assembly toward the left
   (drivers) side until the fan blade overlaps the radiator tank-to-core seam about
   1 inch (25mm). Lift the fan assembly from the engine compartment.
   
9. Remove the harness retaining clip from the engine mount bracket stud.
   Unfasten the starter mounting bolts.
   
10. Tilt the rear of starter towards the radiator, pull the starter out, then
    rotate solenoid towards the radiator to gain access to the electrical
    connections.
    NOTE: Be careful not to damage the crank sensor mounted
    directly to the rear of the starter. If it gets damaged, it must be replaced.
    
    
    
11. Detach the electrical connectors from the solenoid.
    
12. Move the starter toward the driver's side of the vehicle, then lift it from
    the vehicle.
    To install:
    
    
13. Insert the starter between the throttle body and the air cleaner housing,
    then move it toward the right (passenger) side.
    
14. Attach the solenoid electrical connectors. Make sure to properly position
    the plastic guard over the stud and nut for the battery cable.
    
15. Rotate the starter into the proper position, install any shims that were
    removed and secure using the mounting bolt. Tighten the bolts to 74 ft. lbs.
    (100 Nm).
    
16. With the fan's bracket two lower legs facing upward, place the fan assembly
    between the throttle body and the radiator while overlapping the radiator
    tank-to-core seam with the fan blade by about 1 inch (25mm). Be careful not to
    damage the lock tang on the TPS.
    
17. Rotate the fan bracket, then place the two lower legs into the insulators.
    
18. Attach the electrical connector to the cooling fan.
    
19. Install the upper radiator support and the coolant fan should, then install
    the fan-to-upper radiator support mounting bolt.
    
20. Connect the MAP vacuum hose and the vacuum harness assembly to the intake
    manifold.
    
21. Attach the TPS, IAC and MAP sensor connectors.
    
22. Install the air cleaner to throttle body duct.
    
23. Connect the negative battery cable, then check for proper starter operation.
    

1990-95 (VIN D), 1989-94 (VIN A), 1992-94 (VIN 3)

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
   
2. If necessary for access, remove the air induction tube.
   
3. Detach the coolant fan electrical connector, then remove the fan assembly.
   
4. Remove the oil filter, if necessary for access to the starter.
   
5. For vehicles through 1990, remove the intake manifold brace.
   
6. Remove the mounting bolts; some engines may have 3 starter mounting bolts.
   Pull the starter out of the hole and move toward the front or passenger side of
   the vehicle.
   
7. Disconnect the wiring from the solenoid.

8. Remove the starter by lifting it between the intake manifold and the
   radiator.
   To install:
   
   
9. Lower the starter between the intake manifold and the radiator, then connect
   the wiring to the solenoid.
   
10. Rotate the starter into installation position and install the mounting
    bolts. For vehicles through 1994, tighten to 74 ft. lbs. (100 Nm). For 1995
    vehicles, tighten the bolts to 32 ft. lbs. (43 Nm).
    
11. If equipped, install the intake manifold brace and oil filter, if removed.
    
12. Install the cooling fan assembly, then attach the electrical connector.
    
13. If removed, install the air induction tube.
    
14. Connect the negative battery cable and check the starter for proper
    operation.

2.4L Engine

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
   
2. Remove the air inlet duct attached to the throttle body.
   
3. Remove the top starter bolt.
   
4. Raise and safely support the front of the vehicle securely on jackstands.
   
5. Remove the lower starter bolt.
   
6. Position the engine wiring harness aside.
   
7. Position the starter for access to solenoid wiring.
   
8. Remove the wiring attached to the starter.
   
9. Carefully lower the starter.
   To install:
   
   
10. Attach the wiring to the starter and position the assembly into place.
    
11. Install the lower starter bolt.
    
12. Reposition the wiring.
    
13. Lower the vehicle and install the upper starter bolt. Tighten the bolts to
    66 ft. lbs. (90 Nm).
    
14. Attach the air inlet duct to the throttle body.
    
15. Connect the negative battery cable.

1. Turn the wiper switch on. Turn the ignition switch on until theblades are straight up and then turn ignition off to keep them there.
   
2. Remove the right wiper arm and blade.

2. Remove the right pivot nut and allow the linkage to drop into the cowl.
   
3. Remove the linkage access cover, located on the right side of the dash panel near the wiper motor.

1. Reach through the access cover opening and unsnap the wiper motor clip.
2. Push the clip away from the linkage until it clears the nib on the crank pin. Then, push the clip off the linkage.

1. Remove the wiper linkage from motor crank pin.
2. Disconnect the wiper motor's wiring connector.
3. remove the wiper motor's three attaching screws and remove the motor.

Their's a sensor that the Plug from the Finisher to the copier is not read, first make sure the "Attachment Kit' thats the part where when you push the Finisher to the Copier it Locks, their is a metal tab that sticks out and hits a "Sensor" if it doesn't hit the sensor it will keep telling you attach finsiher or close cover, if it's too annoying you can remove the finisher and unplug it from the rear. On the cover thier are alos sensors that need to be activated by tabs,MAKE SURE these are not missing if you do you need to order these items from "Koycera-Mita" Check those sensors
