Where do I find the cooling fan relay switch on a
RADIATOR FAN RELAY
The radiator fan relay is located below the left front headlamp module Radiator Fan Relay The headlamp module must be removed to access the relay.
Open hood, disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove the left side headlamp bulb from the headlamp housing.
Remove the left headlamp module.
Remove the cover over the relay.
Disconnect the relay connector Radiator Fan Relay
Carefully drill out the two retaining rivets.
Remove relay from vehicle.

The front air conditioner on
There is only one system, so your conclusion doesn't make sense. If the front evaporator is leaking, the whole system will lose charge, and the back will not be cooling. Your problem may actually be the front blend door. Recommend you get a second opinon. Evaporator replacement is much more than $300.

2003 Dodge Grand Caravan. Heater sometime blows
There should be a actuator valve on the line that determines if the heater core gets hot water or cold water. When the heater is selected, the actuator opens and lets hot water into the heater core. It sounds like that actuator is corroded and not opening.

are you smelling gas under the hood or at the tail pipe ? If under the hood This could be a bad or leaking fuel pressure regulator issue. I would be very concerned about the fumes .Sometimes the diaphragm goes bad and it leaks either from the metal or more commonly through the vacuum line which will swell from the gas and come off over time.
