Does it overflow or does the water drain right back out? Does it do it when the unit is unplugged? Does it do it when you turn it off manually with the timer knob? What is your model number?

Since I haven't heard back on this in over a week, I will assume it's been resolved with the clarification questions.

The motor/inverter on this washer stores fault codes. The LED you see blinking will blink once every second non-stop when in stand-by mode and twice every second non-stop when it should be running. If there is a fault code the LED will blink a certain number of times then stop for a few seconds. Some of the fault codes not allow the motor to operate. Post back the blink code.

My washing machine don't cut off while taking water.sensor not working.what is price of sensor?

If the water will not stop unless the tap is shut off, the inlet valve is faulty...This is the most common fault.. If the sensor is faulty, or the small hose has detached itself, the inlet valve is not receiving instructions to turn off and will only stop when power is off..Good luck..Nomess

During the spin cycle, my washer seems to spit water out through the draining hose faster than the hose can take take. Water comes out where the draing hose is. How can I stop this?

You have no control ove rthe speed the water comes out of the drain hose, only the ability of the drain to cope with it. You may have a build up of detergent in the drain upstand which has narrowed the paerture of the pipe. Try putting some drain unblocker down the wate pipe into which the hose is, I assume, popped into.

After washer runs for a few minutes it stops and runs agains, stops and runs again with stop and start intervals getting shorter and never finishes cycle. Seems it's unable to spin continuously.

there are usualy sensors for the spin so that the drum is balanced properly if one of the sensors is faulty it will not spin or if the wate is not draining aswell so check the owners manual to see if there are any tests for he sensors that can be run to give you a code for the fault

Wate does not shut off

If your saying , when the machine is off , the water keeps running , you need to replace the water mixing valve pt. # 285805 . If your saying , when filling , the water does not cut off , then it could be the water level switch hose came off , which is located behind the control panel , and it just needs slid back on , OR , it could be a bad water level switch ( not likely though ) .

if it stops doing anything from that point on, try clicking the dial forward a notch or two, or keep going until something happens

WATER RUNS NON STOP EVEN WHEN MACHINE IS OFF

Yes. on Maytag usually runs fro left rear of tub to the control panel. You will have to pop the lid up to get to it. It may have pulled off the lower nipple or rubbed a hole in it somewhere.
