However, I'm not sure what you actually mean, do you mean how to program it to stitch out letters?

If so, the instructions for this are on page 28 Each stitch that shows up on the selector bars at the top has a number so to choose it, you just type in the appropraite number using the 0-9 keyboard, then press the "select pattern" key. The top selector bars turn so you can see the different range of stitches but the A B C D part doesnt come into actually chosing a stitch.

change logic card of your printer

reformat your system so that you can install properly your HP printer, this time the system are being invaded with spywares & viruses...

you could try and find a program called password key finder. this may help if is something that you really need on there. or just reformat it by moving the tab on the side from lock to open.
