The problem coming because the laser unit in your printer is not working . Need to be replace laser unit to solve the problem.

SOURCE: WordPerfect only prints to manual tray on Brother HL-5370DW

Close WordPerfect. Clear all printers. Go to Registry Edit and browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Corel\14 or whatever version you are using and right click on the "PrintEngine" folder and rename it, e.g, "PrintEingineOld." I discovered this shortly after I posted my inquiry.

HL-5370DW laser printer will not print labels. When given label number, red light comes on.
It probably wants you to insert label sheet thru the envelope slot in the front, using the cassette peels the labels off of the sheet. If there is nothing in the front slot when you select labels it will show an error.
