Your computer is missing the drivers for the local area connection or the wireless network connection that is why its giving that message. Who is the make of your computer? when was the last time the computer was working fine. Which operating system are you using?
Simple test to determine if it's a hardware or software problem : try to boot in the BIOS. If you can't then it's hardware you should just return it, it's still in the warranty. If you can then Windows is totally corrupted so just reinstall it.

This is an operating system error, and sometimes indicates a hard drive failure. Start by running a system repair with your recovery or operating system disc. This usually takes care of it, if it doesn't, reformat the hard drive and install a new operating system. If you have any issues during or after the format or install, then the hard drive has failed and will need replaced.
