Where can i buy a print head device for a Dell 2130CN

Either the print was stopped from printing. check print queue.
Or the printer was turned off during print
Open the inspection doors
pull out ink cartridge, put back in
Check for paper stuck in printer
make sure you print Queue is empty
remove usb and turn off pc
restart and plug usb back

That usually would refer to the drum cart Dell 5100CN 5110CN Replace Image Drum 091 935 Replace Soon 094 402

It is referring to the Print Head Drum(unit with 4 purple rollers inside the front panel).

PHD = Printer Head Device

It seems you need a new printer head.

Replacing the toner will fix this problem.

I believe the part number is 330-1435 or P266C or Y459D
(these all are for the same part on the website - Dell uses multiple numbers to refer to the same item)

try a print out if it is acceptable to you use it till your replacement is recieved

Try going in to your printer properties

Start - Printers and Faxes - RMB on default printer - properties (From drop down menu) - Advanced - Printing Defaults - Check the "Greyscale" box.

Now this the route using XP and a Canon printer, yours will be similar but also may differ slightly.

Hello sir; I believe that is toner cartridge problem, bring back the old one to the store where you perchased befor for exchange.

Restart your computer.
