Dear Sir, I have bought a dvd recoder RDR GX 380, but i cannot tune my tv with RF Output cable.

Make sure you have the TV tuned to the modulator's output channel (3 or 4 as set by the switch on its rear panel). Also, turn the modulator on first, and then tune the TV to the modulator channel. This will make sure the set properly adjusts its automatic fine tuning. What you're describing sounds like the TV isn't exactly on the channel.

If the trouble continues, try switching the modulator to its other channel and see if the sound clears up. Enough of an interfering signal may be getting through where you have it set now.

If you still have no success, return the modulator and exchange it. These aren't high-precision devices, and often the output frequency is slightly off. On most TVs it's not a problem, but some tuners are more finicky than others.

Hi there!
If the DVD recorder has an RF out then you should be able to tune it on UHF bandwidth. The cable should run from the RF Out on the recorder to RF on the TV. Switch the recorder on, put in a DVD and press play before tuning. Some DVD's require a disc before a Menu appears. Good Luck, Regards, JUS004

radio shack has a rf modulator that will hook up the dvd player to the tv for around $25.

If you do not get result you can purchase one video rf converter. Rf converter contains one videoinput in yellow colourand two audio in red and white colour and one cable connector as outout. Connect dvd output to this converter and tune the program in whichplace you receive dvd signal. good luck
