Air Tools & Compressors - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support

Does the nailer fire but just not drive a nail, or does it not fire at all? If it's the first situation, it's a magazine feed issue. I had one of those and it started doing something very similar. The magazine spring had gotten dirty from use which didn't allow it to function properly. (Carefully) disassemble the magazine and clean the spring. Automotive brake cleaner works pretty good for that. Spray the guides with a dry lubricant then reassemble. If it's the second situation, I can't help you there.

Still believe it is the Minimum pressure check valve or the discharge line is plugged some where. The check valve may move freely at the disc but the piston should move (not so freely due to the large spring) keeping it closed. It should take about 65 lbs PSI to open check valve. Check it all again and if you find nothing you have a discharge line plugged some where.

You probably have a bad starter coil. If possible use a meter to check and see if you have power at the coil when it should be running. If you do starter coil went bad at power outage. If no power using meter trace back to find out where you are losing power.
