Jgames cant start,start key not fuction? - Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console

Hi ,
1st- How old is the notebook , 2nd - do you still have the manual for this notebook , sometimes there is a fuction button you can press to shut off the display , normally its the F1 Through F12 keys but there also might be a fuction key you have to press with the F1 button , let me know if this works , i'll be waiting .........goodluck Roy

OK , the best thing to do is press and hold down the fuction key on your keyboard followed by pressing F1 through F12 , one of these should turn it on or off , or it could be the driver is not active Let me know if this works ..................................Good Luck Roy

The keyboard may be faulty or the keyboard chip on the motherboard may be faulty.
To determine id it is a motherboard problem, connect an USB keyboard into ythe laptop's USB port and if the keyboard works correctly then the laptop's keyboard needs to be replaced.
A replacement keyboard may be available from this WEB site.

Reinstall the operating system or if possible see it the screen you tells you to hit a key for recovery do it and you will be on you way but if you just install the os again you better know where your drivers are or it will not fuction right.

press the fuction key and at the sametime press the alternate screen,f7 or f4

On mine I have to hold down fuction and hit f7 to turn my touchpad off and on is yours the same?

Use the jogdial and * key:

up, * down, down, *, down,*

In the on-screen menu, goto service fuctions. Then, do a master reset.
