Eu tive o mesmo erro, e foi quando eu troquei o cartucho de toner. Deve ser um problema no fusível do cartucho, porque quando retirei o fusível e deixei sem o mesmo, a impressora voltou a funcionar normalmente. Agora estou providenciando um fusível novo para substituir.

or go to samsung.com for a translation. CRU I think is the laser head not functioning proper. CRU is a xerox term.
