OK, this is not good at all...This means that your Hard drive is failing. The best advice you can be givin at this moment will be to backup the data on the drive as soon as possible, it might be too late already.
If the drive does not want to backup, you will need to send it to a recovery centre to recover the data.

Hello, From what you have said, it means that your hard disc is giving signs of weakness,it is better you back up all your documents now before it finally fails, from what you have said, it is a hardware problem of the hard disk, if it is still under warranty, i would suggest you return it and collect a new one.but if not,back up all your files as soon as possible to an external storage, may be an external HDD.Prevention is better than cure!!!
