Use the provided USB cable that came with your camcorder. You'll need to install the software and drivers from a CD that came with the camcorder into your computer - if you don't have it, go to the JVC website and download the files. Yes it is possible to upload videos.
yes i downloaded everything there is but it still wont work and it wont show up on the screen?
The file is now in the computer harddrive? Where is it located? Is it in a folder? Do you see the actual file? Please provide me with more detailed information. I'm assuming the software and driver is ok. Finally, what sort of media player are you using to play the video - is it the Media Player or one provided by JVC?

Which camcorder are you using? Usually you would have received a data cable and an installation disc with your camcorder, you need to install the disc on your computer and connect it using the cable supplied. After that you would be able to see an icon for your camcorder in "My Computer" and you may copy and paste the videos/images from it on your laptop.
