Perhaps you are no longer allowed on EA's server due to possible conduct. Remember this, XBOX & EA have very different server networks.EA's server ( needed to play online) are monitored very closely due to conduct. This means if u r reported or r monitored, they can & will kick you off, sometimes for a short time, but based upon offense, a VERY long time if not 4ever my friend.
I would suggest just based on a few lines of comment I have read, you might want to contact EA which are based in California. Ask them about a possible sever reset on you account name.
If you be calm about it you might just get lucky for the reset, this is only way of which I have heard to reconnect to there.
Your son's xbox live account might have no permission to access online xbox gaming, to be able to check and correct this problem try following this steps:
Go to My Xbox and open System Settings.
Select Family Settings, Xbox LIVE Controls.
Sign in using the e-mail address and password you used when you set up your child's Xbox LIVE account.
I had the same problem where I'm logged into XBox Live and I couldn't get into the EA servers to play any EA games. This is what worked for me:
1. Hit the XBox button and Log out of XBox live. 2. Go to the Settings tab and select System Settings. 3. Choose Console Settings then Clock. 4. Choose Daylight Savings and set this to OFF and back out. 5. Log back into XBox Live and the time will be set automatically. 6. Start you EA Game and Have Fun!!!
