an alternative is to post an ad on good sam website to contact another owner - and request they send you a copy of their owner manual once you reach someone who has one.

Apparently, you're not the only customer who purchase this Hybrid Grill, got home, only to discover the Owner's / Assembly Manual was missing. On the Sam's Club website they list a number 888-837-1380 to call if you have any questions, parts missing, etc. I could not find any on-line manuals for this imported grill. Sadly, you may have to wait until later this week, to assemble the grill. Or go back to Sam's Club and ask them to copy a manual from the display model grill.
