Why do my Samsung LED TV turn on with correct sound but don't have picture. The screen stays black. I've already changed my power supply card by a new one?

If TV menu comes on try another source via hdmi could be a source issue with hdcp or copy guard issues. Sound isn't copy guarded but picture is.

Bottom 4 inches of screen blurry on Samsung TXN2771HF. I thought it might be my Direct TV service, but found that problem existed with the DVD player too.

Ther are two focus adjustments on the HV transformer to try.......a technician will center them both then tweek them either way for best over all focus.........your crt(picture tube is probably aging or focus anodes out of range....but we need to try this first

I have a Samsung TXN2771HF 27" TV and the picture has shrunk to an oval shape in the center of the screen.

http://www.samsung.com/us/support/detail/supportPrdDetail.do?menu=SP01&prd_ia_cd=&prd_mdl_cd=&prd_mdl_name=TX-S3082WH Above is your Samsung support site, please go here and download your user manual, so you know all codes etc to service. Then below is a link for a Training repair manual, this will show you how to troubleshoot your issue. The problem, well symptom, is indicative of a failure in the Horizontal Drive circuitry however what exactly has "Caused" it to fail is what must be determined.,
Using the manuals you should work through all troubleshooting steps, ALWAYS start at the Power Supply, and check if the Voltages there are correct, as if they ate NOT, Nothing else can be...

But, trying to repair yourself, is extremely difficult, in any event, so, it is nearly always my professional opinion that one should always get, things attended too by a professional, and obtain a free, "Quote" from the manufacturers recommended service center, Samsung, in your case, please contact a local or head office and ask for a referral to an Authorised service center. I cannot stress how important that last point is. It is even worth the cost of shipping. You see an authorised service agent, will have trained staff, trained on their brand, also they have first hand access to parts, original parts. This will actually save you money and ensure you can actually get it back fixed. Of course asking for a "Quote" also gives on the option of repair or replace.

No picture on Samsung LNS4051D HD TV.

Maybe the backlight is out, can you see a picture when shining a flashlight on the screen. if yes you have either a bad inverter power supply or bad screen (panel).

The convergence is out

The most likely cause is shorted convergence chips and possibly a few pico fuses.

These sets need to have all three colors - RED - BLUE - GREEN - lined up correctly on the screen in order for the picture to look normal. This is called convergence.

When its out of alignment the video will look 3-D, wavy, distorted, etc. Most of the time you just need to adjust your convergence in the menu. If you cannot adjust it in the menu - then your convergence is broken and needs to be repaired. Convergence problems are very common on all Projection TV sets including Sony,Samsung,JVC,Philip Magnavox,Panasonic,Akai,Pioneer Hitachi,Mitsubishi,Zenith and others.
You can get a convergenece repair kit with instructions from the links below.

Here are some of the most common problems with these sets...

Problem #1) Convergence

Yours may have one or more of the following symptoms...

*Screen Looks 3-D
*Colors wont align
*Screen may look distorted or warped
*No Audio/Video - TV Shuts down - May also make a constant chirping sound

Problem #2
Another common problem is dull or washed out video.

Your set may have one or more of the following symptoms....

*Dull looking picture
*White looking picture
*Halos around objects
*Red/Orange looking picture

You can see some more examples and find a fix herebb0cf99.pnghttp://www.fixya.com/support/r2861467-solution_video_looking_whiteish_dull

No Picture, No Sound...Please Help

The most common problem this set has is the Horizontal Output shorting, usually caused by the High Voltage transformer drawing to much current. Whether it's the high voltage circuit or the power supply, having a tech look at this set would not be cost effective. Start looking at the newer technology. Hope this helped.
