Re:
The most common problem this set has is the Horizontal Output shorting, usually caused by the High Voltage transformer drawing to much current.
Whether it's the high voltage circuit or the power supply, having a tech look at this set would not be cost effective.
Start looking at the newer technology.
Hope this helped.

Hope I am wrong but having sound and no picture, sounds like you have blown the picture screen.
Is it against a wall or similar and if so is there room at the back for air to circulate as this is where it cools the TV.
It can also just go with a power surge to.

TV was working fine, moved to new home and the problem began. Picture rolls to the right, picture is fuzzy and will clear up somewhat at times. The picture will stop rolling at times also, but may be a half and half screen. Sound is fine, can you help me with this problem please.
I had dish satelight install on my TV. It worked well for two days, then the picture started showing in a square box. I ffixed the convergence and it seemed okay. The next day I turned on the tv and it had sound, but no picture. When I press the status button, the picture would come on then go right back out. Now I don't have any sound or picture. You have bad solder connections in the deflection circuit. Call a good TV tech unless you know what you are doing. You could get an electrical shock from a charged capacitor.
