I have a 1 year old Rowenta IS8200 Commercial steamer and the on off switch does not work? Where can i get a replacement switch?

Have you tried calling Rowenta customer care service centre,
Because they don't sell their Steamer parts online.

You can get it only in their customer service center.Please specify the region and choose your place.

Note:They don't sell it through any dealers.

Hot hose but no Steam
Don't know this machine but if it has brass jets on the head stick a pin or a needle into them twisting while pushing in and out, some times these jet block up. other wise undo hose and blow through it hope I have helped in some way.

On and off petal switch not working
When I took mine apart I noticed the switch had melted near the contacts. This makes me not want to fix it, but instead, look for a better model. Hope this helps.
