If your vehicle is a 1996 or newer you can go to this FREE Ford website to view or download the owners manual for your vehicle. The fuse block diagram is located under the roadside emergency section.
go to 2003 ford explorer owners manual and download it for free from ford then go to roadside emergencies and you will find the fuse box and power distribution box diagram for all fuses
