The most likely cause is that your battery is fried and cannot hold a charge. i know that the psp slims are a fairly old model and this is a highly likely possibility so i recomend purchasing a new battery from the sony store or from Sony's website

Sounds like the battery is charged fully. If you know someone else who has another psp, try putting the battery into his/hers and see if it starts up. If so, your psp may have been fried. There is not much you can do.

My psp doesnt turn on anymore

Batteries lose their capability to charge to their highest capacity after each charge. I would reccomend a new battery.
