Possible scratch or dirty disk, or motor malfunction in dvd player.
Check disks, try differ disk , if that fails try cleaning lens, then if that fails get a new dvd player.

If the loading belt is broken the CD inside will not eject. If the loading motor is defective, the CD mechanism won't eject. Anyway, the CD loading mechanism is defective. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
If you want to get the dvd out
you can try this:
First turn of you dvd player at the mains,
Then power it up,
But the moment it powers up press the eject button a few times so it doesn't start to load.
If it doesn't work the first time try it one more time since you may not get the hang of it at first.
then you dvd should eject.
With dvd players like this, corrupt, copied or really scratched dvds may make your dvd player do this.

Run DVD/CD cleaner CD using 2 drops of solvent on the brushes and run the cleaner CD twice, the last one being a dry one. If the DVD's are not scratched they will definitely play....sodeep
