Thats probably the defrost water hitting the defrost heater (the heater comes on about every 8 hours and melts the frost on the evaporator coils which drips down on the heater
which is normal

Water is freezing in the bottom drawer GEProfile bottom drawer freezer and leaking water on floor

Sounds like your drain tube is blocked in the freezer for the defrost water. The drain tube is in the back left or right corner and will have a drain trough under the cooling coils tilting towards it. That trough will probably have ice built up all over it. Once the ice is out you may need to force hot water down the drain tube. I use to use a turkey baster with a rubber hose on it to force the hot water down the drain tube. Its clear when you put water in the trough top and it goes down the tube freely to the drain pan under the refrigerator.

The bottom freezer drawer is not closing so the freezer is getting an ice build up

It sounds like you either have a drawer that's off track, or something has fallen behind the drawer, not allowing the drawer to close. Empty the freezer, and pull the drawer all the way out. Look behind the basket of the drawer and see if some thing has fallen behind it. If nothing is behind the drawer, then the drawer must be off track. At this point, you'll need to pull the drawer out to the most extended point. Now push the drawer back in about 3-4 inches an **** it open fairly hard. Not hard enough to move the whole refrigerator. Just enough to put the drawer back on track. Hope this helps. : )

Water dripping inside the bottom of the freezer, makes a sizzeling sound when it hits some small pipes down by the bottome drawer in back?

Good day,
If it only occurs occasionally and cooling is no issue, then what is happening is by design.
That's the frost that melts during a defrost cycle and is hitting the heater which gets quite hot during that period.

Freezer drain plug

Self defrosting refrigerators as well as freezers all have a defrost drain system. This drain system can become plugged or frozen causing defrost drain water to back up into the refrigerator or freezer compartment. The water may gather under the crisper drawers on top freezer models. On side by side, bottom or stand alone freezers ice will build up in the freezer at the bottom and eventually leak out the door.

Plugged Defrost Drain - Freezer on Top (Water under the crisper drawers)

At the top of the refrigerator next to the temperature controls there usually is a cup-like part that carries the defrost drain water into a tube and out the back of the refrigerator to a defrost drain pan behind the unit. Pull the cup out of the tube and clean the cup with hot water and soap. If there is no cup, pull the refrigerator out away from the wall, go behind it and disconnect the drain tube to clear it. If the drain tube is not accessible from the back or the drain can not be cleared from there the main back panel in the freezer can be removed to access, thaw and flush out the drain under the cooling coil.

Use a turkey baster to flush HOT water into the tube to clear any obstruction. The water squirted into the tube should end up in the defrost drain pan.

If the tube will not clear with hot water try blowing it out with compressed air.

Put the cup back on and make sure it is all the way on or in the tube.

Plugged Defrost Drain - Side By Side, Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator or Stand Alone Freezer

The defrost drain pan is located at the bottom of the freezer compartment behind the back wall of the freezer. On some models, the pan is accessible without removing the back panel and others are not. After you get to the defrost drain pan use a hair dryer to melt the ice from the pan.

Once the ice is removed use a turkey baster to squirt HOT water into the drain hole to clear the drain.

When the drain is clear you should hear or see the water you are squirting into the hole enter the pan under or behind the refrigerator.

Falling water hits something hot in freezer and causes sizzle sound

the sizzling noise is water hitting the defrost elememt and this is normal - shows the defrost system is working. if water comes on the floor of the freezer, this may be the drain for the defrost water is blocked. remove the freexer back panel and the drain is in the tray where the defrost water is caught. if it is blocked - usually with ice - clear it with hot water and make sure the water drains freely. takes some patience and maybe several attempts
