Playstation 3 update probs

I personally own the game and already had 4 patches.
I would recommend you to download these patches as they were designed to improve some of the online aspects of the game.

As far as I know there is no way to delete the update process as it is automated as soon as your logged into playstation network (PSN)

You could always start the game without logging into PSN and connect to PSN as soon as the game started.

I can see no point in not downloading the updates and they are only 15MB so it should not take too long to download.

dont worry this is happening to me too.. just give it awhile for sony to sent a update.. but by any chance did your game freeze before this happen

go to the home screen then the menu farthest to the left it will say system update or something involving update press x then just follow the steps and for the wifi connection just scan till u find one that doesnt have a WEP key or require a password everything should be the first choice when your doing the settings for the wifi then just save connect to it and it should save the update then go to the game folder and run the update or it should update after u save it .

I have seen this problem a lot lately. Make sure you run a system update and update to the latest firmware which is currently 2.60 this should resolve your issue.

Install java or updated java because some site require updated java like cctv cam need updated java to view.

try turning off the virus software on your computer, this should let the updates through, my friends wii had this problem too
