When u created your e-mail they should have requested an alternate e-mail from u. first try and recover your password from ur computer. if u used hotmail/live.com, it shuld b an ez recovery.

It may be that you accidentally deleted your gamer tag. try recovering it from Xbox live. if you deleted your tag you may have also accidentally deleted your saves too which you cannot recover.

You should be able to go to www.windowslive.com and use the "Forgot Password" option to recover the password for your Windows Live account. Then, you can just recover your profile using the new password.
no i dont think their his unless you can data recover it but im not too sure you can still recover your gamer tag if you delete the memory card and just put in your email and password to recover it
