I bought my phone and H350 wireless together 4 months ago and have used them together successfully until recently. Now, I only get a constant message of "Connecting to Motorola H350" on my phone when I try to connect, but it never does connect. Once in a while, it will show the icon on the phone that it is connected, but it's not. The earpiece is fully charged. Any suggestions?

on your phone open your bluthooth section and(1) turn on bluetooth. then in the bluetooth options, (2)have your phone ready to search / find devices. (3)on the h350 press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds until the blue light comes on and stays on. it is now in paring mode. (4)tell ur phone to search for devices. your phone should find it. (5)then select the h350 on your phones found devices list. they will now pair. its possible a password will be requested, i believe the factory default password for the h350 is 1234. your phone password may be the same as your phone unlock code or your voicemail code. time is limited you may have to do this a couple of times before they actually pair together.
because certain headsets have their own tone, no matter what tone you have set on your phone, you need to set it up in the options in the bluetooth headset settings in your phone.
1.Press and hold the Multifunction button in the middle of a boom headset while the headset is closed. The light will glow blue.2.Open the boom microphone and the blue light should remain on. If not, repeat step 1. 3.On the cell phone, press Menu > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth > Handsfree > New Device 4.Select H350 once a connection is detected. 5.The passkey "0000" is now entered to confirm the connection has been made. 6.The cell phone screen will now read "Bluetooth Connection".
Tips: 1.Provided you set the Bluetooth power to "On" after the initial connection has been made, the phone will automatically re-connect to the headset. 2.To set the Bluetooth power on - Press Menu, Select Settings, then Connections, then Bluetooth link, scroll to Setup and select that. Scroll to Power and chose Change. Scroll to On and press Select. The screen should now read "Changed: Power On". 3.Test Your Connection: Close the headset and watch for cell phone to say "Disconnected". Re-open the headset and the phone should be connected automatically and will now display "Bluetooth Connected".

Within your phone you can remove the device. Enter your menu. Find connections. See bluetooth -enter, Device history-enter- select-your Motorola H350 is listed. Go to options and delete. All done. Have a nice day!

Enter your phone, go to connections go to bluetooth, device history if listed & delete listed bluetooth. Power of & restart. Re-setup your H350

First when ya call connects, hit the Menu key (three lines inthe center) choose USE HANDSET.
Second Make sure the Bluetooth is fully charged, andit seems to lose charge fast.

follow the steps to get your product paired.
Step A - PUT HEADSET IN PAIRING MODE
Note: To turn off headset
With the headset power off, press and hold
the Call button for 6 to 10 seconds until the
blue indicator light turns on and remains
steadily lit. (The light will flash while you
hold the Call button.)
If the indicator light is flashing or does not
remain steadily lit, turn off the headset and
repeat step above.
Step B - SET THE PHONE TO LOOK FOR
YOUR HEADSET
Select (Menu) > Settings > Connection >
Bluetooth Link > Handsfree > Look for Devices.
The phone lists all Bluetooth devices it finds.
Select Motorola H350.
Press OK or Yes to pair (link) the handsfree
device.
Enter the passkey 0000 and press OK.
Note: Passkey cannot be changed
from 0000.
When your headset is successfully paired with
your phone, the blue indicator light changes
from steadily lit to flashing.
