From what you have described your Frigidaire washer will not drain or spin. I would recommend checking on the drain hose to make sure it is not restricted or too long. Hello I have same washing machine & when it starts to spin small black dirt is coming from inside. Tried cleaning it couple of times & also check water hose. When the water gets in the drum water is clean but when it starts rotating black particles come. Not sure of the issue.. can someone share the manual of this washing machine basically to know its Cu ft. Any idea of its capacity & what model replaces it in form factor as the dryer is working fine.

Hi, could be your timer motor, timer or water level switch, first push timer knob in and manually advance to wash or spin cycle (program) then pull knob, see if machine operates, let me know, then i can tell you exactly what's problem.also advance timer, to spin cycle (program) machine should pump out water, or you can lower drain hose into bucket and empty machine, you should empty machine and try again, let me know what happened, we can solved this together. good luck.

when you try to spin the Agitator dose it spin freely both ways if so the DOG EARs are stripped and need replacing Take cap off top off agitator to access the bolt holding the n in place and the Agitator off
