Starts up then completely freezes

Is your CD dirty or does it have any cracks? It might just be the problem. Otherwise, it could be corrupt game data. Clean the disc, if it still doesn't work I'd try deleting the game utility data and re-downloading it. Hope this helps in some way or another.

2) Load three different Xbox 360 games to the main title screen of each game then load Major League Baseball 2K6 on Xbox 360. All three Xbox 360 games must be completely different before loading Major League Baseball 2K6.

The first check you could make is if every component is correctly plugged.
When the pc starts it makes a control of all components before booting. You may want to check also internal components.
For this reason is also useful to know if when the pc starts it does only one "beep" or a "beep code" (for instance one long and one short "beep" or two long "beeps" ecc)
If everything is correctly plugged it may be a motherboard problem.

there might be some problem with your disk or game played either it might be from a unauthorised site so it freezes ...if nothing happen with other disk u can check with the cd u used..u can even try this site to solve the problem..

If you have the freezing error this happens because the soldering between the GPU and the CPU is coming loose and to fix it you need to stop the heat, you can fix this yourself from home or send it in and they will fix it for you.

Do you experience anything like this with other games or skipping / freezing with blu-ray movies?

There is a transistor/ fuse on the motherboard that causes this,
it is not allowing the current to properly flow and then it gets hot and freezes up the system. I have replaced a few and would be happy to do it for you.
