I don't have such TV or anything, but since it's a HD ready TV and not a smart TV, I am pretty sure it doesnt have support for an app for on demand video.
It sounds that there is some loose solder terminal/s at the main power supply regulator board. Contact any service technician. Gopakumar Gopalan Google
Hi, Model number and brand of tv will help us to understand what kind of tv you have and what could be possible reason of problem for buzz sound when you turn it On. Without tv model number and brand info, it is not possible to suggest any thing because many kinds of tvs are being used. Thanks.
hi mines is doing same from digital switchover theres a red key flashing and it wont record, although i can still use it as a freeview box.i bought from morrisons but because its just over a year old they told me to phone techwood and techwood told me they only deal with tvs even though its a techwood help number on the box!!
Mine has the buzzing. I even created this current one out of 2 damaged ones, the original internals did it as do the internals I took out the "new" one I got (it had a smashed screen). I noticed it stops completely when muted, but not when the volume is on 0. It also gets louder when the contrast is higher (just flick between the preset PICTURE MODE's). I think it's something to do with the internal speaker cables perhaps running too close to the display circuit or whatever (Im not sure what causes it, its normally electrical interferance being picked up by an unshielded cable). I'll no doubt get hacked off and reopen it soon to look about. I'll post back when I do, may be a few months though!
hi the most common fault on this tv is what you describe .i fixed mine by replacing the capacitor (1uf 630vdc) at location c19 on the power board .. cost for this component less than 90p
