may be a real simple , lets try this. unplugh the unit, and uscrew rear panel of the unit, there is a thermostat that may have tripped, very small maybe the size of a quarter, with 2 wires on it, easy to sppot because it will have a small red button atop of it, its resettable, so if it did "trip" melrey reset and your on your way, there are actuallly 2 of theese thermostats on your unit, and actually a more common one to trip would be the one in the control panal, so id prblaby check this one first, to acces it remov eht knobs, then wehere the knobs were are "large plastic lock washers" holding down the control panel, one around earch knob opening, after ermoving htem the control panel will lift up and lean over. i belive there are 4 screws to remove the clock(plenty of slack in wiring no worry)after thats out of the way, if you look down under behind the switch to right is the same resetable thermo(lok for the the red button) and with a small long screw dricer youll be able to reset it, this should cure you issue. sounds like a ton of directions but should take no maore than 20 min, to check em both

Possibly the temperature probe, check the connection and the wiring to it. These ovens have very badly stamped metal inside that will cut through wiring very easily. Temp probe may be bad as well.
