I received a trial membership CD for $9.95 a month and I wanted to check it out but now I can't get rid of it, they are deducting from my checking account each month although I have uninstalled their equiptment but I can't talk to a live representive to try to explain that I am 82 years old and dependent soley on Social Security and they are charging my account each month for the $9.95 plus $4.95 for an added service and I cannot afford this.
