Try doing a hard reset of your Kindle Fire as advised on the Kindle Fire Support web site for dealing with Screen problems

If you still have a problem after doing the above, then you follow the additional steps advised on the above web page, i.e. ensure the Kindle Fire is fully charged (the power indicator has changed from Orange to Green) and that you have the latest Software Updates installed (assuming you can view the screen to do so!).

General speaking, you have to get the Apple TV to help you stream videos to your smarts TVs, Amazon Fire TV won't do that since iTunes movies and TV shows are DRM protected. But please don't be frustrated. There is also another feasible way to use DRmare M4V to HDTV Converter to help you break the DRM first. After that, you should be able to stream the videos to your HDTV without problems.

It means your device is locked from registration by Amazon. Either it's considered stolen or a return in transit. You will need to call amazon customer service and have then connect to echo team. That's how I had it resolved. I had a return that I decided to keep - but when initially requested a return, it was deactivated by them.

Step 1. Download the latest version of Alexa app. Go to the app store and search the "Alexa app" and install it.
Step 2. Turn on Echo device.
Step 3. Then connect Echo device to Wi-Fi network. Enter the password and username correctly. If your echo device does not connect to the Wi-Fi network. Then unplug the device and plug the device again.
Step 4. Now you can use Echo device.
