You can buy memory card readers very cheap. Ebay is a good source. Just look for a reader for your card model. I use a USB reader, which is very convenient. If you have XP or later operating system it probably will recognize the reader with no software when you plug it into a USB slot. then you just take the card out of your camera and put it in the reader. You may need to have the card in the reader for the reader to be recognized, try it either way.

hello and I got the same problem and solve it as I put a small hard drive HITACHI 40 GB. then your TV formats it alone. I put the disc in its original computer and deleted a partition, then created a new fat32 partition and format the drive with partition Magic.
. after being assured that no disk errors and put the second disc on my computer. I used norton ghost and clone HITACHI seagate disc on the disc. never mind one that is less than the other. importantly, the small disc was recorded right information and transfer it to large.

the whole thing was a big obstacle. after its original disk formatted TV stopped initialize it strange is because of the Hitachi drive was installed Linux and TV recognized it without problems and I formatted it alone. may have been lucky not know

Many cameras will not read cards written on other, different cameras. There should be no problem taking the card to a store and having the pics printed or put on a disc. Or get a cord for the 390, or a card reader for your computer.

Lost Disk

Through the software disc you can transfer the pictures and edit the pictures . Actually This camera is plug in play device, so when you connect the camera to your computer it will show up as removable disc and this way you transfer the pictures to you computer. So you dont need to have software for this.
And the software is not available online, If still you want the software please call the manufacturer and the # is 877 397 8200

Have you finalized the disk? I would suggest that you put it back in the camera and finalize.

If you have a small USB cord that is really small on one end & big in the other, hook it up in one of the USB ports in your computer. Place the small end of the USB cord into the really small slot where you put the batteries in.

You should have heard you copmuter make a sound, Then your MP3 player should be lit up around the pause/play button.

Open my computer, Removable disk F ,Then open the drive on disc F ( which is your mp3 player )

then you have a new window open, you should be able to just drag the music files into the new window which will go directly onto your mp3 player
