If you have a small USB cord that is really small on one end & big in the other, hook it up in one of the USB ports in your computer. Place the small end of the USB cord into the really small slot where you put the batteries in.

You should have heard you copmuter make a sound, Then your MP3 player should be lit up around the pause/play button.

Open my computer, Removable disk F ,Then open the drive on disc F ( which is your mp3 player )

then you have a new window open, you should be able to just drag the music files into the new window which will go directly onto your mp3 player

I need fast help to get some music on the mp# player for my son for christmas. Can you help

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to the MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track. Click on this link for instruction on converting music files to mp3 file format :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r5798418-creating_transferring_mp3_music_files

I have written a Wiki Manual for a generic mp3 player - it will show you how to do everything except the video part:
http://www.scribd.com/doc/10838786/Generic-Mp3-Player-Wiki-Manual

Helpful hints:
The computer may or may not recognize the mp3 player as a "Flash Disk" - just plug the mp3 player into the computer with a USB cord, and Windows XP or Vista should recognize it automatically - it will take a minute or so for the computer to initialize it.

Charging generally takes 3 hours from empty.

You can use Windows Media Player to transfer music and video files in most player - I have written a tips and tricks article under my profile on how to use Windows Media Player.

You can use Windows Explorer to drag and drop files into the mp3 player. Each file type has a specific folder associated with it. Only put music in the music folder, noy, video in the video folder, etc.

Good luck!

I cant transfer my music to my mp3 player

i think you should check the file type of the music you download. maybe it does not match with the one that should be dowloaded in your mp3 player. but im not that sure. just check for the other answers. try to download some audio or mp3/mp4 converter to convert the one you download with to the one that you want to download on your mp3. like for example. music.mpeg to music.wav or music.mp3, something like that

Connect your mp3 player to the computer with the USB cable provided.
Install the software provided or use a program to synchronize it [Eg, Windows Media Player]
If WMP does not work and you do not get sofware with it simply, Open My Computer, Look for your mp3player's file "Audiophase-something", Open this folder.
Keep this folder open and open the folder where you music is stored.
If you do not have music on the computer yet, rip music to it using WMP or download some using Ares or Limewire.
Now that you have both windows open, drag the music to the music folder of your mp3player.
