Yellow light of deathh on ps3 system... need quick fix

Yes you can fix this and it happens because of similar reasons to the red lights of doom on the Xbox 360. You can fix it with a recommended guide or you can send it in to be fixed.

Hey I had same problem as well. It's kinda difficult to get through with this problem, it ain't easy. You probably want to get hands on some professional guide that teaches you how to fix it by yourself, especially the guides that are newbie friendly. ps3 yellow light has some nice reviews about the guides, you can check reviews before buying one!

Try honding the power botton for 10 sec. or till you hear a double beep, if that doesn't fix it it needs to be opened and the ecu needs to be heated, I dont recoment you do it thoug its complicated delicate.
