Need to program to computer we had the computer cleaned out and now the printer is uninstalled and we have no cd on it

(For Windows only) To switch the type of connection from wireless to USB conn you can do these steps:
-Click on START or the orb looking window icon on the lower right hand corner of your computer screen. -Click on Programs/All Programs -Click on HP (just the HP folder) -Click on your HP model folder (HP deskjet 3050) -Click on Add a device. It will ask you to select the connection type -Select USB. It will then ask you to connect the USB cable and wait until you see a Congratulations page to make sure that the product was installed successfully -Try to print a test page.
Uninstall from All Programs -Click on START or the orb looking window icon on the lower right hand corner of your computer screen. -Click on Programs/All Programs -Click on HP (just the HP folder) -Click on your HP model folder (HP deskjet 3050) -Click on uninstall.
Uninstall from CD -Insert the CD that came with the printer -when you see the main Installation Menu click on Uninstall
Uninstall from Control Panel -Click on Start -Click on Control Panel -Click on Add/Remove Programs or Programs & Featurs or Programs -Look for the HP programs listed (listed alphabetically) -Click on the HP Program you want to remove and click on Remove or Uninstall
*It may ask you to restart the computer so it would be better if you will save importand documents before uninstalling

if it does not fix your problem I strongly suggest you uninstall the hp printer software from your computer and reinstall it.if you still have the cd installer,insert it in the cd drive and select uninstall.if you do not have the disk uninstall it using add/remove (win xp) features or programs and features (for vista or win 7).make sure to uninstall all hp programs associated with your officejet 6210 (driver series,hp customer participation program,imaging device functions,shop for hp supplies,hp yahoo toolbar,hp image zone.hp memories disc,hp update,hp smart web printing,hp photosmart essentials). NOTE:uninstall programs enumerated above only when you have that printer installed on your pc because uninstalling them may affect the functionalities of other printers installed on your computer. handle is invalid error is caused by a dll file that got corrupted. after the uninstall,restart pc. then reinstall using the same cd or better yet download the latest version of software. here's the link for that.

WindowsThe printer driver you no longer use can be deleted.When deleting the printer driver, first exit all programs that are running. The procedure to delete the unnecessary printer driver is as follows:

• When There is an Uninstaller

1. Restart the Computer and perform the following:Windows

• If you connect the printer via USB cable before installing the software:

For Windows 7:(1) Remove the USB cable connected to your computer.(2) Proceed to 1.
For Windows Vista/Windows XP/Windows 2000:The above dialog box may appear.(1) Remove the USB cable connected to your computer.If the dialog box closes, proceed to 1.(2) Click Cancel.(3) Proceed to 1.

If you are using Internet Explorer 7 or later, you can use the Web print software Easy-WebPrint EX. An internet connection is required for installation.
1. Press the ON button (A) to TURN OFF THE PRINTER.Operating noise may continue for up to 25 seconds until the printer turns off.
2. Turn on the computer, then insert the Setup CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.If you are using Windows, the setup program starts automatically.

On the computer problem the printer is probably not installed properly, try using another usb port, if that doesn't help, delete the printer from start -> printers and faxes or device. by right clicking on it and selecting delete or remove.

also uninstall related printer programs (that came with the printer) by going to start -> control panel -> uninstall programs or "add or remove programs"

then run the setup cd and plug the printer into another usb port when asked.


That should solve the problem on printing from a computer.


As for the photos not being clear, this could be caused by low ink, or dirty head, run a cleaning if that doesn't help, restore the printer to default settings and possibly use a product like magic bullet cleaning solution http://www.specialistinks.com/unblock-printer-heads.php to get it printing like It used to.

Remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer software and connect the Printer to be detected and installed. Check printer properties to see the ink levels.
Use head cleaning before a test is taken . It is possible that the head is not reacting to the need of the command , can be an issue with ink drying , can also be poor ink cartridge contacts

frist you need to uninstall the printer from the cd..insert the cd first then go to the cd do explore>>utill>>ccc>>uninstall l3..after that go to control pannel..add a remove program then delete all the programs related hp printers..restart the computer.then download the software from hp.com..reinstall it..it will work..best of luck!!

Remove the program from the computer, uninstall it from start -> control panel -> Uninstall programs or add or remove programs. Uninstall it.

Ones that is done, get the original cd or dvd and install it again from the cd.

It should now work normally.

If you plug in the printer before you installed the software it may be the problem. Uninstall the software and then unplug the printer and then re-install the software and only plug in the printer when asked to do so. Here is instructions from the manual.

connecting the device (recommended).

You should have gotten an installation CD with the printer. First, find the installation CD. Once you have that, follow the steps given by the tech.
