To much blue shade in picture

You may need to replace your STK chips in your convergence board. I just replaced mine due to ghosting. Seems to me asd anything that affects your picture quality is caused by bad STK chips. I purchased mine on ebay with a soldering iron solder and a solder ****** braid and paid 30.00 which includes shipping! Took less than an hour. The auction was for the STK392-010 but they had mentioned a 040 chip in the listing in error and sent me both sets. The STK392-040 is a better chip and works perfectly with my HC-P4752W. I had never soldered an electronic part in my life. I am an electrician and a plumber and master install tech. buy the chips. while they are being shipped to you, look at YOUTUBE for videos of soldering and desoldering using braid. You will get a good idea at what you need to do to fix tv! Also look for anything related to the convergence board for this model on YOUTUBE. Sorry so long but want to help as much as I can!

Dear friend as a standard check for screen and color imaging errors. always clean the dust away from the mirror, and the red, green & blue projection lenses. after you've cleaned the unit eyeball each projection lense, red then green, then blue while looking for a milky haze in the lense light glow. if the light on any lense is not clear but is hazy, then the cooling fluid that is inside of dirty the projector needs changing, and the internal lense surfaces must also be cleaned. you can purchase replacement cooling fluid from mcm electronics.com.
