1) check if you have a disk(which came with computer.) for drivers. This will be the disk for the motherboard driver.
2.)insert this disk and install the driver for audio driver.
If you do not have a disk
Then visit------
then visit the computer manufacturer's website and find the audio driver on the website.
For eg.
if you have Hp computer then visit support.hp.com. If you have dell computer, visit support.dell.com.
Now, go the options, driver and then select the model no. of the computer.
now, you will find the audio driver there. download and install it on the computer.

D945GCNL AUDIO DRIVERS

for this purpose you need to do following :

when you start the computer enter into bios setup.
when you switch on your pc keep on pressing delete button. a menu appers from that go to the motherboard configuration and that menu select audio driver: it must be hd audio deck you should select there realtek audio , now press F10 , press y and then enter. now restart and install the realtek drivers they will be installed without any problem.

Before installing, make sure, you have windows with sevice pack 3
