With my ME computer (windows) I have no problems with the HP 380, but with my laptop Dell Inspiron (windows) it says it prints, but puts it all in a stack, does'nt print and would not let me cancel the queue. All I got from the HP Helpline were some useless suggestions.
The Dell Inspiron 531 is a desktop personal computer with a Microsoft Windows operating system. An Inspiron equipped with a CD burner can be used to record audio discs using Windows Media Player, which comes installed on the Inspiron as a standard part of the software package Dell loads onto its computers. Blank, recordable discs and pre-recorded audio CDs are the only supplies needed for the project.

The F380 printer is properly installed to the cd supplied with the printer. The device manager is also connected. I un-installed and re-installed the printer just to clear the queue.
I commented on your solution as not appropriate, but no other helpful solution came forward.
